As Manager, Operational Excellence, you will ensure Microsoft licensing transactions meet program requirements, contractual obligations, and internal standards. You will partner with Microsoft, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, IT, and Customer Success. Your work supports accurate execution, audit readiness, risk management, and sustainable process improvements for wide-ranging customer segments.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain compliance throughout the Microsoft transaction lifecycle
Review transactions, processes, controls, and supporting documentation
Document, escalate, remediate, and monitor compliance findings
Identify root causes, process gaps, capacity risks,



and recurring issues
Report operational risks and improvement priorities to senior leaders
Requirements: At least three years in licensing, customer, or sales operations
Experience interpreting partner requirements into internal controls
Experience with audits, compliance reviews, or risk activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
Microsoft licensing or comparable vendor-program experience preferred
Strengthen Microsoft licensing execution at Softchoice through compliance leadership, risk visibility, documentation, and disciplined operational improvement.
