Key Responsibilities: Guide nursing operations under the Health and Wellness Manager
Address resident and family issues during Care Conferences
Coordinate clinical staff recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluation
Monitor resident care staff compliance and safety practices




Support disciplinary processes with the Executive Director
Requirements: Registration with the applicable provincial skilled regulatory body
Competency to perform skills within nursing scope of practice
At least three years of relevant clinical experience
Experience developing high-quality resident service plans
Willingness to obtain required background screening
