Strong interpersonal skills and hydro construction experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Plan installation work according to the master schedule
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, client needs, and site constraints
Provide subcontractor instructions and directives




Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
Identify delays and support root cause analysis
Requirements: Minimum three years supervising hydro equipment and powerhouses
