Ontario Health in Northern Ontario is seeking a Lead, Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation to oversee performance management for Health Service Providers, align accountability agreements, funding targets and KPI reporting.
Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with HSPs and internal partners to identify risks, drive improvement, and implement data-informed solutions across the region.
