As Scrum Master and Project & Delivery Lead, you will lead Data Governance initiatives and strategic roadmap execution. The work supports Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Accountability Framework, and Governance programs. You will coordinate Data Stewards, Data Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prioritize, execute, and deliver Data Governance initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams across governance and delivery functions
Drive stewardship adoption and accountability framework implementation
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations,



and governance blockers
Provide executive reporting, KPI tracking, and roadmap updates
Requirements: Experience leading Data Governance delivery and execution
Ability to coordinate diverse cross-functional stakeholder groups
Knowledge of metadata management and data quality programs
Strength in executive reporting and governance metrics
Availability for three weekly office days in Toronto
