O.N. Site Construction Inc. seeks a proactive Site Superintendent for commercial and interior fit-out projects. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and communicate with Project Managers. The position requires interpreting architectural, mechanical, and structural drawings while monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and trade performance. You will also maintain organized worksites, solve issues, and report progress to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and Project Managers
Review architectural,



mechanical, and structural drawings
Enforce safety protocols and Ministry of Labour regulations
Perform demolition, carpentry, and general construction support
Requirements: Three to five years of on-site construction supervision experience
Commercial or interior fit-out project experience
Proficiency reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
Knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Bring construction supervision, safety leadership, drawing interpretation, and trade coordination experience to O.N. Site projects across Ontario.
