As a Planner and Scheduler, you will prepare master schedules and updates for high-complexity projects. You will support cash flow updates, delay analysis, and extension of time claims. The work involves institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects, with communication across project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and external delay experts.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive project master schedules
Update schedules and cash flow information
Track schedule float and critical path activities
Communicate schedule risks and opportunities




Lead mitigation, corrective action, and resequencing discussions
Requirements: Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent training
Five years of construction scheduling experience
Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, RSMeans, and Tilos
Robust communication, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Use construction scheduling, delay analysis, and risk planning expertise to support EllisDon project delivery and schedule performance.
