Lead engineers building safe production experimentation platforms
Design controlled load testing and fault injection systems
Establish safeguards, observability, and automated rollback mechanisms




Drive reliability improvements through chaos experiments
Requirements: Experience leading reliability, infrastructure, or distributed systems teams
Hands-on production load testing or chaos engineering experience
Experience with Gremlin, Harness, or similar vendors
Understanding of latency, partial failure, and cascading outages
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, observability, and programming
Apply resilience leadership, distributed systems expertise, and production validation skills to protect Affir m users from system failures.
