This Senior Manager role works with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers, cash management specialists, and treasury professionals. You will understand client goals, structure arrangements, and articulate value connected to financial statements. You will also build relationships with referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct coverage for Commercial and Large Corporate clients
Monitor relationships and understand client business objectives
Negotiate and document tailored cash management arrangements




Collaborate with internal partners on client opportunities
Build a profile in the local business community
Requirements: Highly developed client and relationship management skills
Demonstrated experience with complex cash management requirements
Ability to explain cash management value propositions
Motivation to accomplish goals and deliver robust results
Fluency in French and English for community clients
Use commercial banking, negotiation, and relationship expertise to deliver appropriate cash management solutions for CIBC clients.
