As Director, Engineering - IT Cooling, you will lead North American engineering for cold plates, loops, manifolds, and related technologies. You will guide engineering managers and technical leaders while establishing standards, processes, tools, and technical direction. The role supports innovation, organizational scaling, and long-term growth through robust governance and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead design engineering for cold plates, loops, manifolds, and cooling technologies
Provide functional leadership to managers and technical leaders
Forecast resources and scale the organization for business objectives
Develop talent through coaching, performance development,



and succession planning
Oversee governance, validation, quality, and technical risk management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
12+ years in product development, thermal management, or liquid cooling
5+ years leading engineering managers or multidisciplinary organizations
Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and liquid cooling systems
Experience establishing standards, processes, and governance frameworks
