Key Responsibilities: Apply corporate occupational health and safety directives
Ensure annual TRD program certification and compliance
Lead safety training and participate in committees




Supervise employees and manage workforce performance
Coordinate hiring, training, and job postings
Requirements: Minimum five years of related plant management experience
Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Problem-solving, priority management, and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to train, motivate, coach, and delegate
Knowledge of Quebec OHS standards is an asset
