Build AI-native business functions remotely at Oyster using LLMs, automation, and enterprise integrations across EMEA or AMER.
As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will report to the AI Director and partner with functional leaders across Oyster. You will redesign workflows across People, Legal, Finance, and Operations. The work spans AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, orchestration platforms, and enterprise data. You will guide initiatives from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.

Requirements: Three-plus years of hands-on AI and automation experience
Experience redesigning workflows or operating models
Production experience with LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data
Solid automation capability using n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable tools
Experience influencing leaders and mentoring colleagues
Use AI agents, workflow redesign, and sound judgement to advance Oyster’s global business transformation remotely.
