Lead data governance product delivery at Workday by connecting stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams through clear Agile execution.
This Product Owner oversees the Enterprise DataOps and Governance technology stack within Workday’s Enterprise Data and Analytics team. You will gather requirements across Business Technology, Data Governance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will also manage roadmaps, validate completed work, and guide iterative improvements using product metrics and feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements and align cross-functional product roadmaps
Maintain prioritized backlogs using stakeholder feedback and business value
Translate data initiatives into actionable user stories




Review completed engineering work before release
Track product performance, adoption, and user feedback
Requirements: Product Owner experience in an Agile Scrum environment
Detailed user story and acceptance criteria experience
Seven-plus years with Jira, Confluence, or Asana
Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
CSPO or PSPO certification strongly preferred
Use product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and governance knowledge to improve Workday’s enterprise data products through Agile delivery.
