Park Fuels Ltd. & LeRoy's Heating Services Ltd. Park Fuels Ltd. and LeRoy's Heating Services Ltd. are well-established, locally owned companies providing fuel delivery, heating, HVAC, and gas fitting services to residential and commercial customers throughout Southern New Brunswick. We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced technicians and fuel delivery personnel, providing hands-on assistance with installations, repairs, maintenance, fuel deliveries, and other day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and is interested in gaining valuable experience across multiple trades and fuel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist HVAC technicians, plumbers, and gas fitters with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Help with the installation and removal of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, piping, and related equipment.
- Assist with fuel delivery operations, including supporting delivery drivers, handling hoses and equipment, and performing related duties in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment as required, within the limits of the employee's licensing and qualifications.
- Transport, load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Perform general labour tasks, including drilling, cutting, lifting, digging, and preparing work areas.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
- Provide additional assistance to technicians, drivers, and other team members as needed. Qualifications




- MUST possess a valid minimum Class 5 driver's licence with an air brake endorsement (Class 5E in New Brunswick).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction, general labour, HVAC, plumbing, fuel delivery, or a related field is considered an asset but is not required.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
