Overview North Bay Tire Distributor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Wholesale Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll build and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and commercial customers while providing expert product recommendations, pricing, and service. The successful candidate will help drive sales growth, manage customer accounts, process orders, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts
- Develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotations
- Process orders, returns, credits, and warranty claims
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and backorders
- Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support seasonal sales programs and promotions
- Meet sales and customer service goals Qualifications




- Sales or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and business software
- Knowledge of tires, wheels, and automotive products is an asset
- Valid driver's license
