ABOUT US
NUCM Radiopharma Inc. operates a Health Canada–licensed radiopharmacy that prepares and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear medicine departments under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Patient care depends on our work being accurate, sterile and on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Technologist to join our overnight team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll prepare, test and dispense radiopharmaceuticals using aseptic technique and radiation safety principles. We provide full training. If you've worked in a pharmacy, hospital or medical lab and enjoy precise, hands-on work, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and dispense unit doses and bulk vials to fill client orders -Perform quality control on preparations and on equipment, including dose calibrators, survey meters, biological safety cabinets (BSCs) and the air particle counter
- Sanitize and maintain the BSCs and work areas under strict aseptic practice
- Monitor radiation levels, perform wipe tests and follow decontamination procedures
- Keep accurate records of the receipt, storage, preparation and disposal of materials
- Support the facility's quality assurance and R&D; work




- Keep inventory up to date and order supplies as needed
- Protect the confidentiality of client and patient information
- Follow Health Canada, GMP, CNSC and Transport Canada requirements WHAT YOU BRING
- A diploma or degree in pharmacy, pharmacy technology, medical laboratory science or a related health science
- Experience in a pharmacy, hospital or medical laboratory (preferred)
- Experience with aseptic technique or sterile compounding (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and positive documentation habits
- Confidence following SOPs precisely and, once trained, working on your own
- Willingness to learn radiation safety and handle radioactive materials (full training provided)
- Nuclear medicine or radiopharmacy experience is an asset but not required SCHEDULE
- Night shift only: this is a permanent overnight position
- 40 hours per week, [e.g. 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.]
- Weekends on a rotating basis: [e.g. one weekend in five]
- Occasional overtime may be needed depending on client orders
