Ghost Transportation Services is looking for a Business Systems and Media Administrator to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Systems and Media Administrator is part of the day to day operations of Ghost Transportation Services. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday-Friday. Duties required include
· Ensuring day to day operation of IT, Phone and other communication systems
· Liaise with outside IT support for both hardware and software
· Work with internal employees for troubleshooting and education of use of IT solutions
· Ensure backups are occurring properly and restore properly
· Assist users with software issues (Microsoft Office, TruckMate)
· Maintain website and social media platforms with authorized content
· Research and recommend areas of improvement and efficiencies
· Run reporting out of database utilizing SQL
· Work to develop and implement IT policies and procedures Skills required
· Exceptional communication experience and skill
· Excellent Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and manipulation of data
· Excellent Problem Solving abilities
· Able to work with individuals with less experience using technology




· Ability to identify problems and help with thought out solutions
· Demonstrated ability to learn to use current computer software and hardware
· Organized
· Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
· Understanding of website design and maintenance along with utilization of various social media sites Knowledge preferred
· Able to use SQL
· Experience with Microsoft products
· Experience with databases
· Experience with website design and maintenance
