Job Overview Southampton Dental is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. As the only dental office located in Southampton, we have a well established and growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified that is passionate and motivated. In this vital role, you will the sole provider at this practice and deliver high quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with 2 full time hygienists that value patient comfort and clinical excellence. This position offers a chance to utilize your expertise in a supportive setting while building a lasting relationship with patients. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5PM with a one hour lunch from 1PM-2PM. This rural position qualifies for the Canada Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions and root canals with precision and care.
- Clearly communicating and educating patients on treatment options, procedures, post care instructions,
preventative care and proper oral hygiene practices.
- Utilize dental software system, Tracker to accurately document notes on patient records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications
- Valid RCDSO license in good standing.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software platform Tracker is preferred.
