Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our energetic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process transactions accurately through cash register operations, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively upsell and promote additional items to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in cashiering and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
