Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify business details, including company name, phone number, address, operating hours, and services offered.
- Research business information online using company websites, business directories, and other reliable sources.
- Make phone calls to businesses to verify company information and confirm the accuracy of existing records.
- Identify outdated, missing, or incorrect information and update records accordingly.
- Record verified information accurately in the company database or spreadsheet.
- Follow up with businesses when additional information or clarification is required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication during phone calls. Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently over the phone.




- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good computer skills and the ability to navigate websites and search for information online.
- Robust attention to detail to ensure business information is accurate.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with business representatives.
- Data entry skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, data entry, or business research is an asset. Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
