Vision Hollow Metal Limited is currently looking to onboard a full-time Maintenance Coordinator. Major Duties and

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department
- Primary contact with vendors and suppliers
- Assist with the maintenance of the Preventative Maintenance Program, such as assisting with upcoming service schedules, maintain records, file records, issue purchase orders, follow up with vendors, etc.
- Maintain maintenance logs




- Maintain and manage the maintenance inventory
- Coordinate under the direction of the Service Maintenance Manager any maintenance related activities
- Responsible to maintain inventory at min and max levels. Responsible to generate purchase order when new supplies or replenishment of supplies are are needed.
- Support technicians during their daily equipment inspections and take care of maintenance logs.
- Monitor usage of tools and ensure tools are readily available for assigned tasks.
- Manage the Contractor Health and Safety program Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Technical background

Job Type
s: Permanent, Full time Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Maintenance Admin: 1 year (preferred)
