MAINTENANCE WORKER. Maple Bay Marina is looking for a worker to join our maintenance crew. We are a diversified and dynamic multi-faceted business that is locally owned and operated on the waterfront in the spectacular Cowichan Valley. The position is level entry opportunity, open to qualified, residents of Cowichan Valley only. Duties: Perform various manual labour tasks as assigned Assist with loading and unloading materials Operate basic hand tools and equipment Follow safety guidelines and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work outdoors Minor plumbing, electrical repairs, building touch ups, caulking/painting Minor carpentry work Assist with dock repairs Snow removal Power Washing

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a construction labour role preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team As a Maintenance Worker,



you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labour tasks to support the operations of our company.
