We specialize in off-road rental equipment, including Argo amphibious vehicles, ATVs, side-by-sides (UTVs), and other specialized equipment. We take pride in providing reliable equipment, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone with a good mechanical foundation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience with rental equipment or powersports products is an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate on our fleet and equipment applications.

About the Role
Working closely with the Branch Operations Manager and other shop staff, you will help inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment in our rental fleet. You will learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues, complete routine servicing, maintain accurate service records, and ensure equipment is safe and ready for rental customers. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and willing to take pride in doing the job right.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on ATVs, UTVs, Argo amphibious vehicles, and other off-road equipment.




- Assist with diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems.
- Complete equipment inspections and identify issues requiring attention.
- Help move equipment through the shop efficiently to minimize rental downtime.
- Complete work orders, service records, and inspection paperwork accurately.
- Keep tools, work areas, and equipment organized.
- Work cooperatively with the Branch Operations Manager and other team members.
- Follow established repair procedures and company safety policies.
- Develop product knowledge and improve mechanical skills through hands-on training.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule as required for the position.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant mechanical experience, preferably involving ATVs, UTVs, powersports equipment, small engines, or similar mechanical work.
- Apprentice mechanics and candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, automotive repair, or a mechanical shop environment is an asset.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn current products, tools, and repair techniques.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependable,



self-motivated, and able to work in a busy environment.
- A valid driver's licence and a satisfactory driving record.
