Job Overview The Store Supervisor supports daily store operations by guiding the team, serving customers, and helping maintain effective sales and merchandising practices. This role coordinates floor activities and administrative tasks to keep the store organized and responsive. Duties
- Supervise and support team members, coordinate schedules and training, and contribute to recruiting and interviewing.
- Assist customers, oversee cashiering and POS transactions, and follow accurate cash-handling and bookkeeping practices.
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, and product presentation; support purchasing, inventory decisions, and store marketing.
- Track sales, payroll, and budgets, and organize administrative records to support smooth operations.

Qualifications Required: Solid communication, organization, time management, basic math, customer service, and cash-handling skills support daily supervision and accurate store operations. Preferred: Supervising experience, retail sales or management, POS, payroll, purchasing, merchandising, budgeting, sales management, training, recruiting, negotiation, and bookkeeping are valuable; bilingual or multilingual abilities can further support customer service. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
