Starvox Entertainment is looking for a friendly, extroverted, and professional Operations Associate for a short term position for an upcoming dinner theatre production in Edmonton, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have experience and comfort working with guests in a fast-paced workplace. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to the role. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION Job Title: Operations Assistant Division: Operations Responsible To: Box Office Manager, Director of Retail Compensation: $20 per hour POSITION SUMMARY All Operations Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products offered and working collaboratively with their coworkers to provide superior customer service. Operations Associates will share the common goal of maximizing sales through positive guest interactions and strategic sales techniques,



and work under the directive of their manager to meet sales goals and boost KPI's as well as taking on operational duties such as ticket scanning when required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
