As a Member Experience Associate, you’ll welcome members, assist prospective members, support membership sales, connect people with personal training services, and help keep the club clean, organized, and inviting.
- Personal training experience or a recognized Personal Training certification is a strong asset Who You Are

Key Responsibilities

Experience:
Create a warm, welcoming environment where members and guests feel recognized, valued, and supported
- Sales & Outreach: Connect with prospective members through phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up while supporting membership and personal training sales goals
- Prospective Member Support: Respond to inquiries, conduct club tours, follow up consistently, and help prospective members find the right membership solution
- Personal Training Referrals: Introduce members to available coaching services and assist with personal training inquiries and follow-up
- Daily Club Tasks: Complete assigned front-desk and day-to-day tasks in accordance with club procedures
- Member Relations: Build strong relationships with members, answer routine questions, and refer concerns requiring further assistance to the appropriate person
- Social Presence: Assist with creating engaging social media content that showcases the club, its members, trainers, and the Anytime Fitness community
- Facility Care: Help maintain a clean, organized, professional environment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace
- Community Engagement: Assist with local promotions, events, and outreach activities What We’re Looking For
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, fitness,



or guest relations experience
- Sales or customer outreach experience is considered a strong asset
- Personal training experience or a recognized Personal Training certification is a robust asset
- A genuine interest in fitness, coaching, and helping members achieve their goals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with prospective members both in person and over the phone
- A strong track record of reliability, consistency, and follow-through
- Positive attitude, team mindset, and a coachable nature
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
