- Jun 14, 2027 Onsite requirement 2-3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training strategies and plans.
- Conduct training needs and audience assessments.
- Create training materials, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to develop and validate training content.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communications.
- Measure training effectiveness and support post-launch learning. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, instructional design, or change management.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, system implementation, or business transformation projects.
- Solid facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, or similar learning tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of ADDIE and/or Prosci ADKAR is an asset.
