Lead Barista / Shift Supervisor – Fior Di Latte (Burnaby) Pay: CA$20–22/hour + tips (~$4–5/hour) We’re looking for an experienced Lead Barista to run shifts, build our team, and deliver great coffee and service at Fior Di Latte in Burnaby. Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and help hire new staff
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Train current team members on drinks, equipment, POS, and health and safety
- Lead shifts and keep service running smoothly at peak times
- Take orders, prepare beverages, and serve food to our standards
- Handle payments and opening and closing cash procedures
- Keep the café clean and stocked, and the equipment working
- Share customer feedback and menu ideas with management Qualifications
- 2+ years of barista experience, including 1+ year in a lead or trainer role
- Experience with hiring, scheduling, or training staff
- Strong espresso and POS skills
- Available for weekends and holidays Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Work
