F11 Piling Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Welder to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. We operate a diverse fleet of specialized piling, drilling, construction, and transportation equipment and require a skilled welder who can support equipment repairs, fabrication, modifications, and field operations. Equipment You'll Work Around
- Piling and drilling equipment
- Junttan pile driving rigs and attachments
- Picker/crane trucks and heavy trucks
- Excavators, loaders, and skid steers
- Pile driving hammers and related attachments
- Trailers, structural components, and support equipment Responsibilities
- Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and modification work on heavy equipment and piling components
- Complete structural and equipment repairs using appropriate welding processes
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and repair requirements
- Perform cutting, fitting, grinding, and fabrication as required
- Complete shop work as well as field repairs when required
- Inspect completed work for quality and safe operation
- Assist mechanics and operations personnel with equipment repairs and modifications
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable Alberta workplace requirements
- Pile splicing, cutting and capping Qualifications
- Alberta Journeyperson Welder certification or recognized equivalent




- Red Seal endorsement is an asset
- Strong fabrication, fitting, and repair welding skills
- Experience with heavy equipment, structural steel, construction, oilfield, or industrial work
- Experience repairing piling or drilling equipment is a strong asset
- CWB certifications are an asset
- Ability to work independently and complete field repairs when required
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship Who We're Looking For The right candidate is a practical, experienced welder who can assess a repair, determine the best approach, and complete quality work that stands up to demanding field conditions.
