Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor junior and intermediate developers
Establish coding standards and conduct peer code reviews
Design and optimize Java Spring Boot microservices
Resolve technical blockers and align application architecture




Maintain pipelines, testing, security, and application performance
Requirements: Eight to ten-plus years of software engineering experience
Expert Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices expertise
Experience guiding developers and managing technical deliverables
SAST and DAST vulnerability review and remediation experience
CI/CD, JUnit, Mockito, and RESTAssured experience
