As a Visual Designer II, you will create motion-forward work that guides attention, improves comprehension, and builds confidence. Your projects span in-product interactions, animated illustrations, web, email, lifecycle journeys, and launches. You will combine strong craft with product-design understanding and technical awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Explain product behavior through animation and interaction patterns
Map user flows and develop product interaction concepts
Extend reusable visual assets, guidelines, patterns, and components
Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and content partners




Maintain craft quality across defined design projects
Requirements: Three or more years within a product-driven design environment
Experience with timing, pacing, easing, transitions, and choreography
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and LottieFiles
UX experience spanning flows, hierarchy, and interaction design
Ability to storyboard, prototype, and explain design decisions
Use motion, interaction design, and reusable systems to make Affirm product experiences clear, cohesive, and purposeful.
