Key Responsibilities: Champion Excel’s mission, vision, values and exceptional care
Lead organizational strategy, priorities, accountabilities and results
Support growth and evolution of programs and services
Build relationships with government, funders and community partners




Develop executive capacity, succession planning and talent
Requirements: Deep commitment to mission and person-centred care
Senior operational leadership in a complex organization
Strong financial judgement and sustainable funding understanding
Experience with government, funders and community partners
Disability, healthcare or social-services experience considered an asset
Use team-oriented leadership, strategic judgement and service-sector experience to support individuals and families through Excel Society.
