Requirements: University degree or equivalent education and experience
Significant transformation change management leadership experience

Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities
Change or project management certification considered an asset
Use change strategy, readiness assessment, and engagement expertise to support adoption across Enterprise Asset Management transformation.
