This senior management role oversees material risk identification, assessment, monitoring, governance, and communication. You will challenge assumptions, integrate perspectives from Actuarial, Finance, Investments, IT, and Compliance, and support regulatory expectations. The role also manages one direct report.
Key Responsibilities: Lead independent capital adequacy and stress testing assessments
Challenge models, market assumptions, scenarios, and management actions
Coordinate capital risk narratives for senior management and Board committees




Integrate climate scenarios into ERM and ORSA processes
Prepare transparent risk materials for executive and Board committees
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar
Ten or more years of experience
Qualified actuary or senior actuarial student
Understanding of capital adequacy, stress testing, and enterprise risk management
Strong communication, judgment, and technical challenge skills
Bring capital risk, ORSA, and enterprise risk expertise to Foresters Financial’s senior governance and decision-making processes.
