Cohere’s Deal Desk needs a Revenue Operations Analyst skilled in CRM systems, reporting, and exact cross-functional process management.
This Delivery Operations Analyst supports the workflow connecting GTM, Deal Desk, and Delivery Engineering. You will maintain customer, chance, commercial, and delivery details in Salesforce and Mission Control while tracking approvals, pipeline progression, and assignments. The role also establishes data standards, operating procedures, and clear handoffs across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage new GTM briefs through the Deal Desk process
Ensure accurate routing, documentation, and approval information
Track pipeline progression, delivery assignments, and operational metrics
Establish data-entry standards, ownership, SLAs,



and operating hygiene
Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements
Requirements: Two to four years in revenue or sales operations
Experience managing CRM and business operations systems
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical organization
Comfort working across teams and numerous stakeholders
Experience with reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools
Bring CRM discipline, reporting capability, and stakeholder coordination to Cohere’s customer opportunity delivery operations.
