The Calgary-based lawyer will support transactions involving purchases, leases, financing, incorporations, reorganizations, and governance. The work combines drafting, due diligence, closings, client communication, and file management.
Key Responsibilities: Draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Prepare corporate resolutions and share or asset agreements
Conduct title, corporate, and off-title due diligence searches
Coordinate closings and complete transactional steps accurately




Advise clients and support senior lawyers on complex transactions
Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction
Three or more years of real estate or corporate law experience
