As a UX Designer II, you will support Bentley’s Integration & Interoperability team. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders while researching user needs and translating findings into design solutions. Your work will address complex B2B software workflows across Bentley and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Validate solutions through usability testing and feedback




Collaborate throughout product design and solution ideation
Champion Bentley’s design system and improve workflows
Requirements: Experience designing complex enterprise B2B software
Advanced Figma skills with components and libraries
Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and attention to detail
Experience in Agile, cross-functional product teams
Excellent written and verbal English communication
