Wealthsimple Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, CXO Risk & Security to guide a frontline squad of CX Specialists in a fast-paced fintech setting. You will protect client assets, de-escalate high-stakes security inquiries, and develop talent across the team.
You will partner with InfoSec, Fraud Ops, and Compliance to close feedback loops and strengthen verification workflows, while driving strong performance and adherence to regulatory standards.
