As Project Manager, you will provide technical expertise and oversee project performance from planning through closeout. The work requires construction knowledge, budget and schedule management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication. You will also monitor design coordination, quality, constructability, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts and provide technical project support
Develop and implement the project safety plan
Manage construction against design, budget, quality, and schedule
Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments




Coordinate project closeout and manage construction risks
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or construction management
Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
Knowledge of construction methods, codes, law, safety, and quality
Microsoft Office and project scheduling software knowledge
