The Government Services Integration Cluster seeks a Senior UX Designer for a full time, 12-month onsite engagement. You will shape web and mobile interfaces, lead UX initiatives, and collaborate with developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders. The work includes user research, workshops, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities: Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct research, interviews, surveys, and user-testing activities
Translate findings into sitemaps, flows, journeys, and prototypes
Lead UX projects, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions




Iterate designs using user feedback throughout product lifecycles
Requirements: Experience designing web and mobile applications as a UX Designer
Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and prototyping tools
Experience managing research from recruitment through synthesis
Portfolio uploaded or linked within the resume
Prior OPS or public sector experience required
