Key Responsibilities: Serve buyers and sellers across Barrie and Simcoe County
Follow up quickly with inbound leads
Close real estate transactions for clients
Use team systems, scripts, and checklists
Work within the team’s round-robin lead system
Requirements: Active RECO registration
TRREB membership or willingness to join
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Robust communication skills with clients
Driven, coachable, and accountable to numbers
