As a Staff Program Manager, you will manage complex programs across a defined product portfolio. You will coordinate product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. The work connects product releases and recent offerings with organizational goals, success metrics, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and delivery for product releases
Define roadmaps, milestones, and measurable success metrics
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across the product portfolio
Identify dependencies, risks, issues, and required contingency plans




Report program progress and decisions to executives and stakeholders
Requirements: 10+ years of program management experience
At least 3 years managing software cross-functional initiatives
Expertise building and managing program roadmaps and timelines
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and GenAI tools
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
