This Regional Practice Leader manages technical teams and business operations within AtkinsRéalis’ Technical Professional Organization. You will coordinate resources, budgets, proposals, client engagement, and project reviews while strengthening collaboration with the Global Technology Center. The work also includes supporting projects as a project manager or senior technical resource.
Key Responsibilities: Steer operational costs against approved budgets and forecasts
Coordinate resources across practices and project needs
Cascade sales objectives and monitor pipeline performance




Prepare or review proposals with market teams
Support projects as manager or senior technical resource
Requirements: Mechanical or electrical engineering bachelor’s degree
Membership in a qualified Order or eligibility
Ten-plus years leading technical teams
Business development and client relationship success
Strong communication and influencing abilities
Use engineering leadership, operational control, and client development expertise to advance Mechanical & Electrical performance at AtkinsRéalis.
