Lead complex mill improvement projects at Blackwater Mine, applying multidisciplinary engineering and project controls on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.
Artemis Gold seeks a Senior Mill Projects Engineer to deliver sustaining capital and improvement projects from concept through handover. You will direct engineers, contractors, and consultants while coordinating process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control-system requirements. The work supports protected, maintainable plant integration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project concepts, technical options, business cases, and execution plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews, tendering, construction, and commissioning
Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, change, and project risks
Develop operational readiness plans and coordinate performance testing




Complete documentation, handover, closeout, and post-implementation reviews
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial or project delivery experience
Professional Engineer registration or eligibility in British Columbia preferred
Experience delivering complex brownfield modifications through commissioning and handover
Strong project controls, plant operations, and technical communication knowledge
Bring senior engineering judgment, multidisciplinary leadership, and commissioning expertise to Artemis Gold’s Blackwater mill projects.
