Rodeo FX seeks a Compositing Lead with at least three years as a VFX Compositing Artist. The work spans pre-comps, lineups, 2D tracking, effects, keying, integration, and color correction. You will oversee artists, coordinate assignments, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Compositing Supervision and Production.
Key Responsibilities: Composite straightforward through complex shots across production stages
Integrate 2D and 3D elements into photorealistic images
Oversee artists and provide feedback against quality standards
Plan assignments with Production according to workflow and timing
Communicate issues, status, risks, and potential solutions promptly
Requirements: At least three years as a VFX Compositing Artist
Excellent knowledge of Nuke software
Knowledge of Shotgun
Proficiency in photographic shooting, color, lighting, perspective, and composition
Prioritization, deadline discipline, calmness, and mentoring ability
Apply compositing, Nuke, artistic judgment, and team leadership to deliver consistent visual effects shots at Rodeo FX.
