You will develop backend services, call-control capabilities, media processing, and integrations across distributed environments. The position requires architecture ownership, API-first design, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering, and technical delivery judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop API-driven voice services for enterprise communications platforms
Expose voice capabilities through Java and Spring Boot APIs
Design scalable systems for real-time communications traffic
Integrate contact center,



CRM, identity, and reporting platforms
Define availability, performance, security, and observability requirements
Requirements: Eight or more years delivering distributed software applications
Experience building voice services or CPaaS-style solutions
Deep API-first, event-driven, messaging, and distributed systems knowledge
PostgreSQL or comparable relational database experience
Hands-on contact center or customer experience platform experience
