As Assistant Vice President, you will lead Savings & Retirement Deal Pricing across global retirement markets. Maintain pricing frameworks and models while supporting reinsurance structures, asset strategy, and proposition development. Provide technical leadership, challenge proposals, and develop colleagues within the team.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Savings & Retirement deal pricing methodology frameworks
Develop pricing models under established model development frameworks
Review proposals and recommend appropriate pricing approaches




Support non-standard transaction pricing through technical oversight
Coach team members and deliver pricing framework training
Requirements: Qualified actuary or financial markets skilled
At least seven years of post-qualified experience
Technical skills developing asset and insurance risk strategies
Relevant life insurance or life consultancy experience
Strong analytical, commercial, written, and verbal communication skills
Apply actuarial leadership, model development, and sound judgement to advance Pacific Life Re deal pricing in Toronto.
