This experienced Systems Engineer joins a People & Culture Technology team supporting a global enterprise Workday platform. You will translate complex business needs into maintainable technical capabilities. The work spans configuration, security, calculated fields, reporting, integrations, releases, and production support.
Key Responsibilities: Design and configure scalable Workday HCM solutions
Build business processes, condition rules, and workflow routings
Maintain domain and business process security policies
Develop advanced reports and complex calculated fields




Investigate configuration defects and integration exceptions
Requirements: Four to eight years supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
Knowledge of business processes, reporting, security, and tenant configuration
Understanding of APIs, data movement, and integration architectures
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
Use Workday HCM configuration, security, reporting, and troubleshooting skills to strengthen global workforce technology capabilities.
