Apple seeks a highly experienced news editor for its Canadian team. You will select national, international, and local news while identifying engaging features and service pieces. The work supports publishing partners and informs a large national audience through careful curation, editing, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Curate complete news coverage in French and English
Identify and promote top reads from publishing partners
Communicate with partners, internal teams, and editorial colleagues
Track upcoming news, calendar, and cultural moments
Analyze results and develop continuous improvement plans
Requirements: Seven or more years of newsroom experience
Fluency in English and French
Experience selecting accurate, engaging news and features
Deep knowledge of Canadian and international media
Accredited journalism program completion
