This contract assignment supports an experienced aerospace engineering specialist migrating legacy MSC processes to Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN. You will reproduce historical analyses, validate equivalent workflows, compare certified results, and document approved replacement methodologies. The work covers flutter, aeroservoelasticity, gust loads, and agile landing analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Reproduce historical loads and aeroelasticity analyses using Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN
Execute SOL 103, 112, 144, 145, and 146 analyses
Compare, correlate, and document MSC and Siemens results
Update and validate legacy DMAP workflows when required




Prepare validation reports, technical memos, and correlation studies
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Five or more years in aerospace analysis or certification
Strong MSC Nastran and Siemens Simcenter NASTRAN experience
Knowledge of flutter, gust loads, landing loads, and aeroservoelasticity
Experience with DMAP, finite elements, MATLAB, or Python
Support Bombardier’s aerospace analysis migration through NASTRAN validation, technical documentation, and structural dynamics expertise.
